St Michael's has 'adopted' a musician from the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra who will be visiting the school each half term to enrich the musical life of the school.

Timothy Jackson is Principal Horn Player in the world-renowned orchestra and we are very fortunate to have his time and expertise at St Michael's

Mr Jackson will be taking part in performance and composition workshops throughout the year with a special focus on GCSE and A level students

In addition, our students benefit from visits to open rehearsals at the Philharmonic Hall and a tour.
