Charitable Work

St. Michael’s charity fund raising

Throughout the school year students take part in a wide variety of charitable events. Two main fund raising events happen during the year for Children in Need and Red nose day/sport relief. During this time all students across the school are given the opportunity to take part.
Alongside the two main charity events, students participate in a number of smaller events and support a range of different charities as seen below.
A large percentage of the fundraising raised is done solely by students, the Make a difference group, business studies group and 6th form take a lead on a number of these events and encourage other students to take part.
